The Arcadia Historical Society sponsors a country side history tour each Fall. We create a booklet that shows a route and describes sites along this tour. We are placing a copy of this tour booklet here so others not able to attend the tour can guide themselves along the route.

Fall 2009

In the Fall of 2009 the tour traveled through Meyers Valley, Trout Run Valley, and Cortland visiting many sites including the Konkel vintage farm equipment on Middle Road.

Fall 2008

In the Fall of 2008 the tour traveled through the Glencoe Township area visiting many sites including Jackson Corner, Glencoe Lutheran Cemetery, the Sauer Mill site, Pretzel Pass Road, Rock Cut, Oak Grove School site, Hansen's Hold-Up, Matt's Place, Pansy Pass, Fernholz Dugway, and the St. Joseph's Church site.
